My expertise spans a diverse range of business areas, with a strong emphasis on retail tenant representation and capital markets. I am passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals by delivering tailored solutions and forming lasting relationships.

Throughout my long career at a large, full-service commercial real estate firm, I have thrived in both small and large teams. This versatility has allowed me to collaborate closely with professionals across retail, office, land, industrial and investment sectors. Whether working on a boutique project or a major corporate initiative, I am committed to delivering high-quality results and fostering a spirit of teamwork with my clients and co-brokers.

Specialization: Retail Tenant Representation

Retail real estate is my passion and primary area of specialization. I have had the privilege of representing a wide range of major national and regional brands, including US Bank, Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Advance Auto, Popeye’s, Albertson’s, and JP Morgan Chase. My experience covers all aspects of retail site selection, leasing and purchasing, ensuring that clients—from established corporations to emerging startups—secure optimal locations and competitive terms.  My work has taken me to communities large and small across Idaho, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of the entire state’s commercial landscape.

Industry Involvement

Beyond transactional work, I am deeply engaged in the commercial real estate community. I have served on the board and outreach committee of CREW, helping to advance opportunities for women in the industry. As a speaker at BOMA events, I share insights and best practices with peers and property professionals. My commitment to ongoing education is reflected in my participation in CCIM classes, and I regularly attend ICSC’s annual conferences to stay at the forefront of retail trends and networking.
